2022 Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2022

111 Sandstone Event Cente
(Space available for events up to 100 people – capacity in theatre style is 160 valet parking or shuttle service, if required, at cost,)

Event Size – wedding, shower, meeting, etc. Full day rental
                             (60 or under)               $275.00/event
                             (61 to 100)                  $325.00/event

Hourly Rentalfor those who do not require a Full Day rental
                             (1 to 60)                      $ 60.00/hr. (3 hour minimum)
                             (61 to 100)                  $ 70.00/hr. (3 hour minimum)

                         (Plus 1 hr. each at no charge for setup and take down)

Small Event (30 or under) Wedding, shower, picnic, meeting                                                                 $175.00/event

Large Event Tents can be placed on AHS property at renters’ expense                                                 $250.00/event

Security & Cleaning Deposit                                                                              $100.00/event

This deposit is refunded if the rental is cancelled within 30 days prior to scheduled use or if the facility rented is left clean, damage free and keys returned.

 

Membership                                                                                                               $25.00

You must be a member of AHS to rent any of the facilities.

  • Access to the facilities for early set-up must be arranged and depends upon availability and is subject to AHS staff assistance and availability.

 

  • Special rates may be given to non-profit groups within the areas serviced by the Amherst Historical Society (AHS) for occasional use functions.
