2024 Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2024

111 Sandstone Event Center

The space is ideal for parties, meetings and events including weddings, birthday parties,

and showers hosting up to 100 people. The capacity in theatre style is 160 people.

Limited parking is available. Renters may hire valet or parking shuttle at their own expense.

Full Day Rental

60 or fewer guests $425/event

61 to 100 guests $475/event

Hourly Rental

60 or fewer guests $90/hour with three hours minimum = $270

61 to 100 guests $100/hour with three hours minimum = $300

**One hour for setup and one hour for cleaning after the event are included at no charge.

Live Oak Pavilion

Small Event for 30 or fewer guests $200/event

Large Event Tents may be placed on AHS property at renters’ expense $250/event

**No restrooms available

Security & Cleaning Deposit $100/event

This deposit is refunded if the rental is cancelled within 60 days prior to scheduled use.

Deposit is refunded after an event, when the keys are returned and the facility is clean and free of damage.

Membership $25.00

You must be a member of Amherst Historical Society to rent facilities.

  •  Access for early set-up is subject to AHS staff assistance and availability and must be scheduled.
  • Special rates may be available for occasional use by non-profit groups within the areas served by the Amherst Historical Society.
