Discover archaeology right in our own backyard! The Seaman’s Fort Defensive Earthworks Site, located west of Milan, Ohio, was intermittently occupied for over 2,200 years by Native Peoples. Local archaeologists have uncovered numerous artifacts that offer insights into the lifeways of those who lived there.

Our presenter, Glen Boatman, is an AHS member, Editor of Archaeology of North Central Ohio, and Vice President of the Sandusky Bay Chapter of the Archaeological Society of Ohio.
